All products from Moonlight Crystals are shipped from Melbourne. We ship AUSTRALIA-WIDE. We offer a $10 flat rate shipping cost and FREE shipping on orders that contain a cart with total product value more than $75

Items are dispatched within 2 business days from when the order was placed, and a tracking number is promptly emailed to our customers

Once your order has been shipped, Moonlight Crystals cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care. Shipping includes careful packaging of delicate items. Transit time can range from 2 to 15 business days depending upon your location in Australia. You will be notified via email of your tracking number and process of tracking your order.

We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery timeframe but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, and unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to incorrect address.

It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing contct@moonlightcrystals.com.au. Once we are notified an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and keep you posted.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Lots of love and care goes into packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly before it’s sent. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs and descriptions of what you have received.

In the case of change of mind returns, please contact us prior to returning item. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind returns. Once a return for refund has been received, your funds will be refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received by Crystalline Wellness (probably even sooner).

If there is a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we will just credit or debit the credit card used on the initial purchase or request the amount from your PayPal account to cover it.
